These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Summit Springs Pools (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating in Henderson, Nevada.

By accessing our website, requesting service, or enrolling in pool cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Summit Springs Pools provides residential pool cleaning and maintenance services. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Routine pool cleaning

  • Chemical balancing

  • Minor debris removal

Specific service details may vary based on the service plan selected.

Billing & Payments

  • Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis

  • Payments are processed automatically through Stripe

  • By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method

  • Pricing is agreed upon prior to service start

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension or termination.

Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel service at any time

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle

  • No refunds are provided for services already rendered or for partial billing periods

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of service-based work:

  • All completed services are non-refundable

  • Missed visits due to weather, access issues, or equipment problems may be rescheduled at our discretion

Access to Property

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the pool

  • Ensuring pets are secured during service visits

  • Maintaining a safe work environment

Summit Springs Pools is not responsible for delays or missed service due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.

Equipment & Service

We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues. Any recommended repairs or replacements will be communicated separately and are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Summit Springs Pools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior month

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Non-payment

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Repeated access issues

  • Abuse or harassment of staff

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
